About Sapna Fliedner
Sapna Fliedner is a certified Integrative Holistic health coach in Orange County, California. She received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and she is formally trained as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a wife, mom, researcher, avid recipe modifier and uses real food as medicine. Her passion is using real, whole, local and organic foods to prevent and reverse disease with her kitchen “farmacy,” especially in children. She believes that food is medicine. She is the co-founder of Raising Sages Integrative Pediatrics in Aliso Viejo, California along with her husband, Dr. Dane Fliedner.
Sapna has traveled extensively throughout Asia and has studied various Eastern Healing modalities like Ayurveda, Pranic Healing and medicinal use of herbs, spices, and essential oils. She works in private practice and is a firm believer in individualized dietary therapy to help her clients navigate the confusing theories that are at the forefront of our modern world. Sapna seeks to find the root cause of illness rather than treating only the symptoms with a band aid approach. She works with children and adults to help them reverse and prevent disease using food as medicine and lifestyle interventions.
