Greek Turkey Burgers

Greek Turkey Burgers on plate

Greek Turkey Burgers

I love a quick, fresh spin on Mediterranean flavors and these Greek turkey burgers are a great clean meal prep idea. Serve between a few leaves of fresh butter lettuce and serve with roasted red peppers and bursting tomatoes.

You can also dress them up with a roasted red pepper aioli (paleo may+ garlic+ red peppers, lemon juice and salt) or a homemade Greek yogurt tzatziki sauce. Mmmmmm. You can even take this recipe and create meatballs. I highly suggest doubling or even tripling this recipe because they freeze well! Save yourself more time later on.

When you batch cook burgers like this or meatballs, it makes your life SO much easier throughout the week {especially if you have kids!}! Serve these up leftover with some veggies and you’ve got an easy meal.

I know ground turkey can be really boring and lack flavor, but these greek burgers will make you run to buy more ground turkey meat! YASSS!
