Blender Banana Bread {Gluten-Free}

We plan to go out on the boat today + I usually bring bananas for snacks, but I was feeling more banana bread today. I didn’t want to dirty up different dishes anyways (which thankfully I didn’t because our dishwasher broke 20 minutes later!). Heellloooo blender banana bread!

This recipe is super easy to make. All you have to do is throw all the ingredients into the blender. Don’t worry, no professional chefs in this house! 😉

Just for the love of Jesus, make sure you wash your blender afterwards or at least soak it. Biggest pet peeve, can’t you tell?

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas (Ripe)
  • 3 Eggs (Pasture-Raised)
  • 1 Cup Blanched Almond Flour (Got mine from Trader Joe’s)
  • 1/2 Cup Quinoa Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Grass-Fed Butter (Melted)
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add all ingredients into blender (I used my Vitamix!)
  3. Grease loaf pan with coconut oil spray.
  4. Pour blender batter into loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes (toothpick will come out clean when put into the center of the bread when it’s done)
  6. Let cool in pan for 20 minutes before taking it out.
