Fluffy Pumpkin Cookies

Fluffy Pumpkin Cookies {Gluten Free}

I’m SO excited about these. Fall time is my jam! Pumpkin spice is my jam! Not only do these taste good, they make the house smell AH-MAZING! These fluffy pumpkin cookies are so easy to whip up that even the beginner baker can do it + make it awesome. So, yes friend, it’s time to impress your neighbor or your next holiday party with these!

Some key ingredients that I loved + used in this recipe:

  • Enjoy life chocolate chips (because these chocolate chips are the real deal + avoid a lot of unnecessary crud)
  • Almond flour by Costco. Legit, my favorite almond flour I’ve used yet! AND of course, Costco has a great deal on it. Win-win!
  • Make sure to use ORGANIC canned pumpkin puree. While you could use a pumpkin to make it, canned makes this recipe even more simple!
  • Hand mixer. Get one on Amazon if you don’t have one! Makes baking easy as pie!

Make sure you tag us over on Instagram + Facebook @nuvitruwellness + share what you think of this recipe! These fluffy pumpkin cookies will make your guests want more!
