Especially because they are super easy to whip up + you don’t have to bake them. WIN! Who doesn’t love a quick treat? While they do have dairy, they don’t have ANY wheat {which means gluten free!}. We use nutrient-dense almond flour instead!

Pumpkin Pie Cookie Dough Bites {Gluten Free}
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp Butter Grass-Fed*
- 1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
- 1 Tbsp Raw Honey
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tsp Pumpkin Organic, Canned*
- Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Melt the butter.
- Add all of the ingredients in a bowl, except the chocolate chips. Make sure all the ingredients are mixed well together.
- Once it becomes a dough, add in as much or as little chocolate chips you want. Mix together again to evenly distribute the chocolate chips.
- Take a little bit of the dough into your hand and roll into ball.
- Eat and enjoy!
