26 Jun Red Velvet Smoothie
This easy four ingredient recipe not only refuels you after a workout, but will make your taste buds dance! I love red velvet cake, so a red velvet smoothie was totally on my to-do list!SO delicious! I’m in the process of making another version of it to add more nutrients and minimize the use of sweetened almond milk.
BUT since we don’t drink or eat many sweetened items (we try and stick with natural sugars from fruit, raw honey, and maple syrup), we don’t mind indulging. So, indulge away!
