25 May Birthday Cake Smoothie
This birthday cake smoothie is hands-down one of my FAVORITES that I’ve made. SO. FREAKING. GOOD. Plus, this smoothie is full of healthy fats for you + quality protein.
In this smoothie, I used my favorite Primal Kitchen Vanilla Whey! Whatever vanilla whey that you have, just go ahead and follow the directions for how many scoops per serving. This Primal Kitchen one calls for 2 scoops.
If you can’t do whey protein, you can always use a vanilla pea protein. The company that I love the most is Nuzest per the flavor and the texture because vegan protein can be really thick and grain-y tasting. You can also use Vital Proteins collagen, but it won’t be as creamy and thick!

- 1 1/2 Cups Coconut Milk
- Vanilla Whey Protein (Follow serving instructions to your whey)
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Tsp Almond Extract
- 1/2 Tbs Grass-Fed Butter (Melted)
- 1/8 Cup Oats (I wasn’t really precise on this, I just used a little bit less than 1/4 cup!)
- Blend + ENJOY! 🙂
