14 Mar Gluten Free Cookie Dough Bites {No Bake}
Do you love cookie dough batter like I do? You will LOVE these gluten free cookie dough bites. A couple things I love about them….
1. They’re no-bake. You literally throw things in a bowl. Make balls. And eat.
2. They’re GLUTEN FREE! You can have a classic favorite without the gluten. You can also easily make this dairy free if you want to use coconut oil, instead of the grass-fed butter.
3. They’re quick to make. If you need a quick sweet tooth healthy option, whip these up in minutes!
Off to make another batch!

My favorite brand of chocolate chips are HU because they are made with clean organic ingredients and dairy free. Less inflammation. A good organic dark chocolate without soy would work great as well! I double batch these bad boys and freeze them so they will be thawed by the time my kids have lunch at school. Making your own snacks or keeping things simple (like whole fruits and vegetables) save so much money and time. When people are intimidated by the “expense” of clean eating, it is usually the mentality and habits of buying organic yet still processed foods that cost the most money.
