08 Jun Blueberry Pie Protein Shake
I have the biggest sweet tooth and when I hear the word, ‘pie’ – I get excited. Blueberry pie protein shake – YASSSSS please! So why not turn some of my favorite pies into delicious smoothies/protein shakes?! Well here you have it folks.
This protein shake is also great for a post-workout. I also love our birthday cake smoothie or salted caramel smoothie for some other “outside the box” smoothie ideas. I obviously love liquifying desserts!

- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup of Blueberries (Choose organic or wild, I used frozen in this recipe.)
- 1 Tsp of Organic Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tsp of Maple Syrup
- Grass-fed Vanilla Protein Powder (Follow directions on the whey protein on the package.)
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Allspice
- Half of a Banana
- Blend all ingredients until smooth! 🙂
