Cheeseburger Skillet {Dairy Free + Gluten Free}

If you’re looking for a quick weeknight meal + burgers sounds appealing, make this lazy version – cheeseburger skillet. This is the first recipe in a while that I’ve been feeling inspired to share. I’ve been in a habit of sticking to a routine + using our older recipes and using some of my favorite cookbooks. But, ya’ll I think it’s time I get BACK!

Some tips on how to upgrade this cheeseburger skillet..

  • Use grass-fed beef {or get creative and do half venison/half beef}
  • Organic produce is recommended
  • Add extra toppings that you would put on a burger {avocado, bacon, etc.}

Are you drooling yet? In just a couple easy steps, you’ll have a fresh hot tasty meal delivered to your family. Side note: We used No Yoke’s Cashew Cheese recipe (because it’s BY FAR our favorite cashew cheese that we’ve ever had), so make sure to go to their website to get the recipe because this topping is a MUST to drizzle over this skillet.
