ARUGULA + PEAR SALAD
- 2 Cups Organic Arugula
- 1 Pear Small
- 1 Avocado Small
- 1 Handful Organic Walnuts
- 1/4 Red Onion Sliced Thin
- 1 Tbsp Salt Maldon Sea Salt
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Lemon Slice, Squeezed
- 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar Organic Without Sulfates
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- Slice up your avocado, onion, and lemon slice. Set aside
- Carefully mix in your avocado and pear or lay on top
- Serve and Enjoy!
