ARUGULA + PEAR SALAD

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Organic Arugula
  • 1 Pear Small
  • 1 Avocado Small
  • 1 Handful Organic Walnuts
  • 1/4 Red Onion Sliced Thin
  • 1 Tbsp Salt Maldon Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper

Dressing

  • 1 Lemon Slice, Squeezed
  • 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar Organic Without Sulfates
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin

Instructions

  • Slice up your avocado, onion, and lemon slice. Set aside
  • Carefully mix in your avocado and pear or lay on top
  • Serve and Enjoy!
