20 Mar Apple Pie Smoothie
I love creating pies into smoothies. Like an apple pie smoothie in a blender? I don’t mean taking a piece of a pie and making it a liquid. Because that would be weird (or delicious?), I’m not really sure. Instead, I use wholesome ingredients to to create a yummy shake for when I get home from the gym. I always love testing these on my three year old too! And she totally was digging this one!
we are big fans of making smoothies and shakes after our workouts or in addition to a meal! Let alone if he can feel like we’re having a dessert that’s a win!

- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 1/2 Apple
- Vanilla Protein (The one I get is linked up, but whatever one you have just follow the directions on how many scoops you use!)
- 2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
- Handful of Ice
- Core and slice the apples.
- Add everything into your blender and BLEND! 🙂
