Healthy Ingredient Swaps In Recipes {Episode 214}

**We’ve rebranded to Nuvitru Wellness** Have you ever found a delicious recipe, but you soon realize there are some ingredients in there that you don’t want or can’t have? We’re going over some easy ingredient swaps that you can do for some of your FAVORITE recipes!

In one of our recipes, we swapped the dreaded white sugar for monkfruit extract to make this sugar-free lemon loaf (this is SO good!) + if I’m being honest, all of our baking recipes switch out inflammatory wheat to use healthier alternatives, like almond flour and coconut flour!
