10 May Healthy Nighttime Routine {Nutritionist’s Edition}
A healthy nighttime routine is EVERYTHING. It’s important for the next day to be productive, pumped up, + healthy! I wanted to document and YouTube a night of mine so you can get an idea of how I prioritize my health.
Since I do the sauna only 4x/week, this routine can a little different on those nights. One of the biggest things I want to mention is that this nighttime routine was built over years. Slowly adding things one by one. It can seem like a lot, but honestly it’s not bad at all.
The only expensive things in this routine is a red light + a sauna. These were the last couple of things I saved for + got.
