Golden Milk Latte

Golden Milk Latte {Dairy + Soy Free}

The weather is cooling down and there’s no better treat than sipping on this nourishing, creamy golden milk latte. Try this over a mid- day cup of joe! Turmeric is one of my FAVORITE spices, not because of taste, but because of the healing properties that are attached. You can read what I wrote about allll the benefits on another blog post.

The pairing of black pepper helps to enhance the anti- inflammatory effects of turmeric, while the MCT oil helps aid in absorption. And nooo, it doesn’t change the taste at all. Turmeric is strong enough to not be overpowered by things like black pepper, but you do want to make sure you add these in to help aid in the benefits of turmeric!

If you don’t own an immersion blender, it is time saving + life changing when mixing soups, dressings, smoothies, sauces, mashed potatoes and more! I’m all about a one pot dish and less clean up! If you are using ground ginger, this frother works great!
