About Reggie

Reggie was Born and raised in the Bronx New York. He spent 8 years as a sales rep and regional manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Selling in Urology, Endocrinology, Primary Care, Pain Management, OBGYN and  covering territories in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey and New York City.

He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, who formed Fitregimen 2 years ago to focus on personalized client care with the goal of helping others obtain their goals while finding their passion for health and fitness.
