About Beth Jameson

A registered and licensed dietitian, Beth earned a B.S. in dietetics and completed a dietetic internship at Iowa State University. After working in a variety of specialties within the hospital, she earned a Master’s Degree in Education from Depaul University. Beth is passionate about helping people feel their best through nutrition intervention.

She believes each person is unique and should approach health individually through lifestyle changes that foster whole health. This includes eating real food and herbs, exercising regularly, maintaining spiritual connectedness, and helping people discover they can cook healthy meals for the entire family in spite of constraints with time, budget or picky eaters.
