About Diana Haggerty

Diana Haggerty is a Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach who specializes in demystifying pregnancy and postpartum fitness and nutrition. She focuses on empowering women to feel confident in their health and healing during and after baby, and beyond.

Her belief is that understanding the body’s physiology, as well as one’s own individual chemistry, is key to a woman’s vibrant life.  She has supported hundreds of women since 2007 in breaking free from dead end diets and fitness programs. Diana has created customized approaches to wellness that promote small healthful changes that make a big long-term impact.

In addition to working individually with clients, Diana also teaches group classes and workshops. Aside from wearing hats of  personal chef and birth doula, she is a mama to three amazing daughters. She serves women in the Austin, Texas area.

Lahana Vigliano is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and CEO of Nuvitru Wellness. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Science and Masters Degree in Nutrition Science and Functional Medicine. She is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in Clinical Nutrition. Lahana and her team help support women who struggle with weight loss, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, chronic fatigue, and many other lingering issues that leaves women not feeling their best. She uses food as medicine, as well as herbs and supplements when needed, to support her clients. She looks at the whole body holistically making sure women are understanding how nutrition, sleep, stress, and their environment impact their health.
