Antioxidant Yogurt Bowl {Dairy Free!}

We love filling up with healthy proteins + fats in the morning to start our day off right. Eggs are almost always an easy go-to breakfast, but we can get tired of it pretty quickly. To spice things up, I wanted to create another egg free breakfast, like I did with this veggie bowl (also eggless!). This antioxidant yogurt bowl is DELISH!

NOTE: Do not feel like you have to line up all the ingredients like this. I only did this to take a pretty picture. It all gets mushed up in your tummy anyways. If I wasn’t taking a picture, I would totally just have thrown everything in a bowl. Real talk.

One product that I want to highlight in this yogurt bowl that makes it SUPER nutrient dense is Nuzest’s Good Green Snack Bar. Ya’ll. SO good! People ask me what it taste like and I think it’s apple-y? What is it loaded with you might ask….

Good Green Snack bars are multivitamin bars that contain a potent blend of carefully selected greens, fruits, vegetables and berries; plus, adaptogenic herbs, pre and probiotics, digestive enzymes and a full range of essential vitamins and minerals for optimum health and vitality.

Straight from Nuzest’s website!

And to be completely transparent, yes they sent me a whole bunch to try after I initially looked at the ingredients and approved. And I love them, so I share them! You guys know I wouldn’t share something with you that I don’t like, right? Right.
