Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut off the thick bottoms on each asparagus.
Cut each prosciutto slice in half lengthwise.
Take each halved prosciutto slice and wrap around the asparagus. Try not to overlap when you can. Wrap as tightly as you can too!
Repeat until all asparagus are wrapped.
Place wrapped asparagus on the baking sheet. Drizzle evenly with avocado oil.
Bake for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, turn the broiler on high and broil until prosciutto is crispy (a couple of minutes). **WATCH the oven when you're broiling, everything cooks fast and can easily be burned.
