Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small saucepan, melt and mix together the butter and hot sauce.
While the hot sauce mixture is heating up, put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Lay out the wings on the sheet. Dry the wings with a paper towel.
Take a couple spoonfuls of tapioca flour and drizzle it over the chicken wings. Massage into the chicken wings.
Once the hot sauce mixture is boiling, take off the stovetop. Pour onto the pan and cover the chicken wings with it.
Using a spoon, mix everything together good.
Bake for 45 minutes. For the last minute or two, I like to turn the oven on broil to get it really crispy!
