Instructions
Heat grill
Wash and cut vegetables lengthwise
Brush veggies with avocado oil, lemon juice, and sprinkle salt
Flash sear on grill for 2 Minutes till char markings are visible
Drizzle olive oil on hummus. Top with paprika and parsley. Transfer to a small serving bowl
Serve on a big platter for a beautiful presentation.
