Gluten Free Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Almond Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 2-3 Tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp Coconut Oil Melted
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Milk

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine almond flour and cocoa powder. Mix together well.
  • Mix all of the other ingredients into the flour bowl until well mixed.
  • Pour into an average sized mug. Microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds.
  • Top with fruit, chocolate chips, powdered sugar, or a yummy fruit balsamic glaze! Enjoy!
