Instructions
In a food processor, chop kale finely.
Add in parmesan, pumpkin seeds, cherries, and lemon juice.
Rinse food
processor
and add all ingredients for the dressing.
Add to salad right before serving. Due to the kale being chopped, it will get soggy.
