Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Almond Milk {Can use other dairy-free milk options}
  • 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Almond Butter {Can use another nut or seed butter}
  • Organic Jelly {Can use fresh fruit instead}

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the almond milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Put in fridge and let sit overnight or until a pudding consistency.
  • With the chia seed pudding, add almond butter (or another nut/seed pudding to your liking) and jelly or fresh fruit.
  • Enjoy!
