Caramel Sauce

- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 2 Tbs Butter Grass-Fed Preferred
- 1 Cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Over medium heat on the stove, use a pot and heat up the butter and coconut milk.
After the coconut milk + butter has heated up (not boiling yet), add in the coconut sugar + vanilla extract.
Whisk frequently to prevent burning on the bottom of the pot. Mix well.
Once it comes to a boil, turn it down to low/med heat and keep it at a low boil for 5 minutes.
Take it off the heat and let it cool down. It will thicken as it cools down.
