On a large plate or shallow bowl, mix together the pecans and cajun seasoning blend.
Brush 1/2 T of olive oil on each of the salmon fillets.
Press the top and side of each fillet into the pecan and cajun seasoning mixture, creating a crust. Transfer fillets to a plate.
Heat the remaining olive oil in large skillet on stove top over low-medium heat.
Place each salmon fillet into the skillet, crust side down. Cook for ~3-4 minutes, peeking occasionally to make sure the crust does not burn. Flip salmon fillets, and cook for another ~6-7 minutes, or until desired internal temperature is achieved. The cooking time may vary depending upon your preference and the thickness of your fillets.
Remove salmon from heat and juice 1/4 lemon on each fillet.
Garnish with lemon slices if desirable. Serve with your favorite leafy green.
