Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 Egg Yolks Separate from the white
  • 8 Tbsp Butter Grass-Fed
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Milk
  • Salt + Pepper To Taste
  • 1 Dash Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
  • Enjoy! Top it on veggies, eggs, toast, etc. Makes a delicious eggs benedict!

Notes

*If you need to add a little water to the finished product to make it flow easier, add a teaspoon at a time!
