Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet and put the carrots on the sheet.
Take about 6-7 slices of butter and place it on top of the carrots in various places on the pan. (You don’t have to be exact!) When it melts it will spread out.
Next, drizzle honey on top of the carrots. Again, don’t have to be exact. I made sure my carrots were covered with honey pretty well with a light-medium drizzle.
