BBQ Meatloaf {Gluten Free}

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs Grass-Fed Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Cup Kale Frozen, Chopped
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup BBQ Sauce Organic
  • Salt + Pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. I personally use my hands to mix it all together well. *LEAVE some BBQ sauce leftover, so you can top it over the meatloaf towards the end!*
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • On a sheet pan, pour the meat mixture on it. Form a meatloaf shape!
  • Bake for 30-45 minutes.
  • Take out of the oven and pour the rest of the BBQ sauce on top of the meatloaf. Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
