Salt + Pepper

1/3 CupApple Cider Vinegar
2/3CupCoconut Aminos

Instructions
In the Instant Pot (IP), choose the sautée mode. Heat up the avocado oil in the pot.
Put the chicken in the IP and heat until it's cooked on the outside. The chicken will be a white or brown on the outside.
Turn off the IP and add the rest of the ingredients into the pot. Mix well.
Choose the manual button and cook high pressure for 10 minutes. Make sure you close the vent to sealed.
When the IP beeps that it's done, vent it immediately and take out the chicken.
Turn on the sautée feature and reduce the sauce until it's a little more thick. I will use a whisk to help mix the sauce as it reduces. Pour over the chicken when it's done.
