- Meeting once per week for the first month - Since we’re learning all about what your body is trying to tell you + we’re making weekly changes, this is ideal. After the first month, we transition to once every other week.
- Text us inside our app anytime - In a package, you have the ability to chat with us anytime you have a question, concern, etc in between your sessions. Think of us as your nutrition besties!
- Sessions are personalized - What we chat about in each session depends on the client, but we make sure to cover nutrition, sleep, stress, exercise, and your environment.
